MARY'S RESPONSE

I sent a text message to Mary, asking her if she wanted to read the first part of my second chapter. She just gave me a single word as her response--"SEND!" Perhaps, I think too much again, but her succinct answer confirmed my worst fears that she did think of me as a pest.I just want to establish a friendly relationship with my adviser, but it seems she just thinks of me as a trouble-maker who keeps annoying her.
